Joining sessions

VR headset:

1. To select a session, do any of the following:
   

   Method	Steps
   Select a session in your calendar	Open the VIVERSE Menu and select Calendar . Select the session you want to join.
   Enter the session ID and code	Open the VIVERSE Menu and select Calendar . Select Join a session in the upper right of the calendar window and then enter the session ID and code.
   Select a session from a dynamic space	On the agenda board of a dynamic space, select View agenda. Select the session you want to join and then select Enter space.

2. Aim the beam at the portal that appears in front of you or at the entrance and then press the trigger to enter the space and join the session.

Whether you're the host of the session or a participant, you can upload files before the session starts and download screenshots and other content created in the space. For details, see the following topics:
