What's the file size limit for uploading files to VIVERSE for Business?

The file size limit varies by user role. Members can upload up to 20 GB of files. Upload limit for guests is 500 MB.

There are also file size requirements for the following file types:

• 3D Models

  For models that are not applying Polygon Streaming conversion, the recommendations are as follows:

  	PCVR	Standalone VR and mobile
  Polygons	15,000 or below recommended	5,000 or below recommended, 200,000 maximum
  File size	150 MB or below recommended	60 MB or below recommended, 300 MB maximum
  Texture resolution	4096 x 4096 or below recommended	1024 x 1024 recommended, 2048 x 2048 maximum

   

  For models that are applying Polygon Streaming conversion, the recommendations are as follows

  Polygons	Single 3D object suggested spec: Range of Polygon count between 1M to 30M Minimum suggested single 3D object spec: >150k Polygons with texture maps and materials
  File size	Polygon Streaming Standalone: Free Plan: 500MB Enterprise: Custom Please contact us here for more information VFB: No restriction on upload cap
  Texture resolution	Between 1 to 50 texture maps with resolutions between 2K to 4K

  The file size limit for PPT files is 200 MB per file. You can upload up to 6 files.
