How do I add or reduce the number of Modules in my building?

To add or reduce your module capacity, please contact your sales representative or submit a request at https://www.viverse.com/business/contact-us. On the request form, please include your Org ID in the Description field.

To check your Org ID, sign in to the VIVERSE for Business Management Console and click the profile button  in the upper right. A menu will open that shows your Org ID.
