What types of virtual spaces are available in my building? Support Staff July 16, 2024 09:50 Updated VIVERSE for Business: Managing Spaces With the Management Console A VIVERSE for Business building has the following types of virtual spaces: Type of space Description Open space This is the common area inside a building where members can move around and access persistent and dynamic spaces. Persistent spaces These are dedicated virtual spaces used for storing content and ongoing collaboration. The space owner of a persistent space needs to add the members who will be invited to the space. For details, see Adding members to a persistent space and Inviting guests to a persistent space. When members leave a persistent space, objects will remain in the space. Only the space owner has administrative rights to clear the space. Dynamic spaces These are shared virtual spaces which can be accessed by all buildingmembers. You can schedule a session in a dynamic space for a period of time and invite building members as participants.
