Note: A VIVERSE for Business account is linked to your HTC account, to centralize your account
management and access across HTC's products and support channels. So, to delete your account,
you will need to delete your HTC account.
You can actively delete your HTC account anytime, here's how:
For users that are part of an organization:
- Go to the HTC account management page: account.htcvive.com
- On HTC account website, sign in using your VIVERSE/Viveport/HTC account credentials.
- Take a screenshot of your profile details on the ‘Profile’ tab and a screenshot of your
organisation details on the 'Organisation’ tab. - Create a support ticket here, confirming which data (account or whole organisation) you
wish to delete along with your screenshots. - Send a separate email directly to global-privacy@htc.com with the same information and
include your support ticket number.
For individual users:
- Go to the VIVERSE/Viveport/HTC account management page: account.htcvive.com
- On HTC account website, sign in using your VIVERSE/Viveport/HTC account credentials.
- Go to the bottom of the profile page and click Delete my HTC Account and data. You'll then see the account termination page:
- Please read through the termination details and statement carefully, then follow the instructions on the page if you're certain about deleting your HTC Account. This action cannot be reversed.
